We are now extremely excited to present our second development: Casa Hygge Villas, a family orientated high-end and intimate development in one of Mexico's most sought-after and high-value destinations.

Each 340m2 Casa Hygge Villa will be on its own 2000m2 plot, offering you, your family and your friends plenty of space to play with.
Our hideaway offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Each of our villas is meticulously created to ensure privacy and exclusivity for residents and guests alike, but at the same time always feeling open and free.

The Villas consist of 3 large 16m2 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and boasts a generous 63m2 rooftop patio offering sweeping views of the farmland, the Pacific Ocean to the west, breathtaking desert views and the majestic Sierra de la Laguna mountains as a backdrop to the east, which dramatically lights up with one-of-a-kind sunsets, so characteristic of this area.
Additionally, each villa features its own private 18m2 swimming pool, 3 shaded parking spaces and a storage and service room and meticulously landscaped minimalistic gardens, ensuring a relaxed, yet luxurious retreat for our residents and guests. The residential area will be contained by a beautiful Neem tree line and Bougainvillea green fence, thus maintaining a constant sense of openness.
The villa’s interiors can be personalized according to the needs and tastes of each client. The design features a spacious, open-concept kitchen and dining areas which offer the perfect setting for either joyous occasions or intimate gatherings with your loved ones. Our Villas have been meticulously designed to enhance natural light, airflow thus ensuring a bright, spacious and airy environment.
Our fully equipped bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms boast modern amenities, including integrated appliances such as individual Inverter climate control ACs, ceiling fans in each area, washing and drying machines, dishwasher, fridge and oven.
Casa Hygge and with our personalized service, will assist you with the sourcing and purchasing all your required appliances and devices necessary for your every need.
Casa Hygge will also assist and guide you with sourcing and purchase of your preferred furniture and decoration items.
Our bedrooms are havens of comfort and relaxation, designed to provide a serene retreat. Each room is thoughtfully designed to maximize space, natural light and ventilation, ensuring a bright and airy atmosphere and which will promise a reskul night's sleep.
Our stunning bathrooms, adjacent to the bedrooms, feature a Scandinavian inspired bright walk-in closet, spacious layouts flooded with natural light and ventilation.

We consciously approach as many factors as we possibly can with the full intention of no waste, but reusing and recycling. We commit to sharing our knowledge and common responsibility to take care of our eco systems and surroundings.

- Our villas have been designed to maximize natural airflow and harness full breezes, reducing the need for air conditioning and minimizing electricity consumption.
- Biodigesters tanks will be installed dedicated for sewage management.
- Re-use of grey water from showers and sinks for gardens and irrigation.
- Rainwater harvesting for irrigation.
- Energy-efficient lighting designed to minimize electicity consumption
- Use of biodegradable products, continuing the practices of Casa Hygge Residential.
- Preservation of native flora, which includes Torotes, Cardones, Palo Verdes, Ciruelos de Monte amongst others, while also introducing palms and other lush trees to create natural shading, lowering temperatures, minimizing dust collection thus reducing water consumption.
- Thought-out and designed to be a venture of low maintenance thus minimizing administrative costs and unnecessary headaches.

It is so beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing stay, absolutely loved the bed so comfy feels like laying in clouds, other wise a perfect stay, but must read all the instructions they give you in case you get there after 11 pm
